"O Lord! Should I cease this breath outside the body or let it be inhaled?" Thus in every Damm (Breath), the process of asking continues in the Sanctuary (Court) of Allah Almighty for His consent. That [Breath] that is got from the Exceptional Noor of the Hazoor of the Sanctuary (Court) of Lord, is like a priceless Pearl. Both-the-Worlds and the Garden and all precious things of world are if collected, even they cannot equal it. This is invaluable Pearl. That is why the Faqeers are called the Treasurers of the precious Pearls of Allah Almighty.

Allah is sufficient; everything other than Allah is just lust (and greed)!

However it is essential for the Seeker that first he should perform Kaamil Ablution (Wuzu) and should wear Pure (clean) dress, should come inside an empty place [house], should sit in "sitting posture as is sit during Assalaat (Prayers)" facing Qiblah and when he wants to Immerse and engage in the Zikr of Lord, he should close both eyes and do Muraqiba and should do Taffakur of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat). However, before starting, the Seeker of Lord should close the ways of the Outwardly and Inwardly Devils and should disassociate the Khatraat of Nafs from himself. Then the Seeker should read Bismillah Hi Rahmaan Ni Raheem (In the Name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful) for three times and Darood Shareef for three times. Then the Ayat ul Kursi (2:55) for three times and "Salamun Qaulum Mir Rabbir Raheem (the word from a Merciful Lord [for them] is peace) (36:58)" for three times; all the Four Surah that start with "Qul" for three times, Surah Al Fatihah for three times and then Subhaan Allah for three times, then read complete Kalimah e Tamjeed three times and Istaghfaar for one thousand times and then after reading the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah for three time, he should blow his breath on his both hands and rub his hands all over his body. The Seeker should first write the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) on his heart with Tafakkur in the start of the Visualization. With the (efficacious) effectiveness of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), the bosom becomes clean and the Khannas and Khartoum become dead. Then he should fly through Muraqiba with both eyes of the Visualization and reach inside the Majlis of Muhammad the Shafee ul Ummat Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam which is in the Great Field around the heart. At this time, he should read "Lahaula Wa La Quwwata Illa Billahil Aleyyil Azeem (there is no might and power except from Allah the Most High the Most Great)", Subhaan Allah and the Darood Shareef so that it is ordered from the Majlis of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam that "O Master of Visualization! This is the Special Majlis of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. Satan has no ability that he may enter this Majlis". After this, the Seeker should investigate (do Tahqeeq) in the Haq (Truth) and Baatil. If he will examine by good way, Four Fields will be observed by him around heart. That is, the Mushahida of the field of Azal, the Mushahida of the field of Abad, the Mushahida of the Strata from Arsh to beneath the sod (earth), the Mushahida of the field of Uqba. Moreover Qalb is inside heart and in the Qalb is a Manber (rostrum) and in the Manber are the Mysteries and in the Mysteries is the Noor of Hazoor and the Mushahida of the Marifat of Lord through which is achieved the Qurb of Didaar.
